1. Returns and Exchanges: All items are thoroughly inspected and sold in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect items sent or manufacturer defects, and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds are not applicable.
2. Payment Policy: Payments must be made in full via [accepted methods] before items are dispatched. Please confirm all details, including sizes, colors, and specifications, before completing payment, as errors cannot be rectified after dispatch.
3. Gifts and Packaging: If an item is intended as a gift, include the appropriate packaging to your cart as gift boxes and bags are not included automatically.
4. Delivery Terms: Interstate delivery takes 3-8 working days (outside Lagos.) Express delivery only applies within Lagos and items are delivered 12- 24 hours after purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
5. Pricing Policy: Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
6. Product Display: We strive to display product colors and sizes as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings or other factors. Please ask questions when in doubt.
7. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for valid reasons, including abusive behavior, non-compliance with terms, or fraudulent activities.
