Exchanges
We have a 24 hour exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at elsalagosng@gmail.com or on any of our social media platforms. Exchanges are free but please note that you will be charged a one way logistics fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will offer a replacement first. If a replacement cannot be made available, a full refund will be processed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
Returns are done only if a wrong or faulty item is delivered. Kindly read all product descriptions properly before placing an order.
